Hot Winter Gin is a bold, warming liqueur that marries the clarity of our signature gin and vodka base with a carefully balanced infusion of cinnamon, black peppercorn, and chilli. Crafted for Australia's cooler months, this is a spirit designed to be sipped slowly, neat or stirred into a nightcap—a moment of comfort in a glass that builds complexity with every measure.

🍸 How to Enjoy

Best served neat in a small glass at room temperature, or warmed gently and sipped as a digestif. For a winter serve, pour 45ml over a single large ice cube and stir slowly, allowing the spirit to open gradually.

Tasting Notes

Nose

Cinnamon and black pepper lead, with gin botanicals peeking through underneath. There's warmth before you even taste it.

Palate

Smooth and spiced — the cinnamon comes in sweet and the chilli follows. Warming rather than fiery.

Finish
