Crafted for Australia's cooler months, this is a spirit designed to be sipped slowly, neat or stirred into a nightcap—a moment of comfort in a glass that builds complexity with every measure.
🍸 How to Enjoy
Best served neat in a small glass at room temperature, or warmed gently and sipped as a digestif. For a winter serve, pour 45ml over a single large ice cube and stir slowly, allowing the spirit to open gradually.
From the Still House
