Barking Owl's High Country Sloe Gin is a jewel-toned liqueur born from the cool mountain slopes of Beechworth. We macerate hand-selected sloe berries with our signature blending gin, then marry the infusion with a delicate white sugar syrup to craft a spirit that captures the essence of Alpine fruit—deep, complex, and beautifully balanced.
